Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. As Tali Studios grows, we plan to expand to additional countries.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we'll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Are your products easy to install?

Yes. Most of our products are designed for quick, simple installation with little to no tools required. Installation instructions are included where applicable.

Will your cable management products fit my desk?

Our products are designed to work with a wide variety of desks and workspaces. Please refer to the product specifications on each product page for dimensions and compatibility.

Can I purchase products individually?

Absolutely. Every product is available individually, or you can save by purchasing one of our Workspace Bundles.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll work with you to find the best solution.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We'll make it right.
